Remote Backup Support FAQ
  • My backups have stopped, why is that?
  • Reboot the computer if possible
  • Once the computer has rebooted, log in and double-click the Remote Backup software icon in the system tray
  • From the Run pull-down menu, choose "Test Connection" You should get all green check marks.
  • I'd like to change the credit card that it's billed to. How do I do it?
    Just give us a call at 408-730-4190 and give the new number over the phone. Please DO NOT email the card number to us. Email is not encrypted, so no private information should be sent that way.
  • How can I get an upgrade to the client software?
    You can either call or email us. We'll give you a link to where you can download the software. You just run the install and it will do the upgrade for you. It's very easy.
